Goodwill Repair Acknowledgement

This is an important for to use when you perform "goodwill" repairs for your customers.  It specifies that you are in no way creating a warranty of any kind by attempting "goodwill" repairs and are under no obligation to perform them.  The Goodwill Repair Acknowledgement form is a 2-part carbonless form that separates at the top and comes 100 per pack.
